In a study of everyday information needs, financial information ranked as the second most difficult domain to access (harder than healthcare, housing etc.). Universities and banks offer the same guidance to everyone. The content online assumes context most international students simply don't have.
Horizons fills that gap, without asking students to leave the page they're already on.
